Ordinarily, when we create tables in SAP with Delivery Class ‘C’ (e.g., Customizing table, maintained only by the customer, not SAP import), we typically need a transport request to save the data. However, if you’re looking to save the data in Customizing table without using transport number, it’s important to note that tables with Delivery Class ‘A’ (e.g., Application table for master and transactional data) do not require a transport number to save data.
In the event that your requirement is to save the data in Customizing table without using transport number, and the table has Delivery Class ‘C’, you need to select the option ‘No, or Client, Keep Schedule’ in the Dialog Data Transport Details section of TMG, as shown below.
This is especially useful when we have a redoing table, which should be kept up with much of the time in non-improvement framework and you would rather not move it through transport.
