We have spent considerable time and costs in the development of our coaching and training systems and processes and all the information which we, our employees, agents, or subcontractors provide in relation to the Course and in the materials, including but not limited to information provided orally, in writing or electronic form and delivered in lectures, seminars, discussions, coaching and training sessions. You acknowledge and agree that such information and materials may be confidential in nature and contain valuable trade secrets, technical and commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes, and initiatives. You shall not make or permit the making of any copies, reproductions, recordings, interpretations, or analysis of course materials and shall restrict disclosure of any confidential information to such of your employees, agents, or subcontractors as need to know it for the purpose of performance of the Contract, and shall ensure that such employees, agents or subcontractors are subject to obligations of confidentiality and obligations prohibiting the reproduction of materials corresponding to those which bind you.

All Intellectual Property Rights (defined below) in or arising out of or in connection with the Contract and in the Materials shall be owned by the Company and nothing in the Contract shall grant you any Intellectual Property Rights.

PAYMENT AND FEES:

Should you register for any of the paid services on this website or purchase any product on this website, you agree to pay us the specific monetary amounts required for that product or those services. These monetary amounts will be described to you during your account registration and/or confirmation process. The final amount required for payment will be shown to you immediately prior to purchase. Payment for any ongoing services is billed automatically until you notify us that you would like to terminate your access to the services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse to sell the products on the website at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.

Fees payable through credit card or online transactions are restricted with the government norms/credit card policy. In addition, if any changes in the Government norms or credit policy are applicable during the initial and later transactions.

Placement & Server Access

By enrolling in our courses teaching institution and availing our placement and server access services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Job Placement:
   • We do not charge any fees for job placement services. We provide assistance and guidance based on our own knowledge and experience, but we cannot guarantee job placement.
   • We are not an authorized SAP personnel or agency for job placements.
   • Any claims made regarding job placement are subject to the market conditions and the efforts made by the individual.
2. Server Access:
   • Server access is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It is subject to the terms and conditions set by the vendor.
   • If the server is not used for a period of 1 month, your ID may be deactivated temporarily or permanently.
   • We reserve the right to change the server vendor based on our discretion, without prior notice.
3. Faculty and Trainers:
   • We have part-time trainers who bring their knowledge and expertise to the course. The faculty may change based on availability and scheduling requirements.
   • We strive to provide experienced and knowledgeable trainers, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific trainer at all times.
4. Course Fees and Refunds:
   • Once the course fees are paid and you have attended the batches, the fees are non-refundable.
   • In exceptional cases, where a serious or special reason is provided, a refund inquiry may be initiated. If approved, the refund will be processed excluding any server costs incurred.
5. Donation Policy:
   • We accept donations to support our teaching institution, but donations are voluntary and not mandatory.
